Description: With the help of CAD delta securing Planning Permission and Approval from Building Control, Hellerslea Fabrics completed their extension and a wide range of alterations. They now offer an extended display area, which is accessible with a new ramped access. Six apartments were created on the first floor, which all sold within weeks of completion. The rear apartments all have balconies. CAD delta obtained Planning Consent for this project, prepared detailed Working Drawings and obtained Building Regulations approval. They also provided a full CDM, Supervision and Project Management package.
